Meeting Summary:
The meeting was attended by all the members of organizing and executive committees and opened by Arash Nooraghayee, the Executive Director of Literary Tourism Conference, who gave a presentation on the process of executive development besides the challenges facing the conference.
All the members of both committees explained about the activities conducted so far and stressed on the continuation of correspondences with foreign as well as domestic professors and scientific experts besides UNWTO. They emphasized on updating conference information on site and constructing the English version of the site as soon as possible.

Areas of agreement:

• Both committees’ members agree to hold the conference in Mashhad during the International Tourism week.
• Both committees’ members fixed the registration fees and other conditions of attending the conference.
