Meeting Summary:
The meeting was attended by all the members of organizing committee and three guests: Erfan Nazarahari, Nasrin Ahmadi and Mahdi Vahidi. Ismaeel Ghaderi, PhD., the convener of the Literary Tourism Conference, explained the purpose behind and the reasons of holding the conference and discuss about ways of improving the conference.
Nasrin Ahmadi, one of the guests, suggested cooperation with a monthly magazine, Dastan, whose writers are expert in literature.
Erfan Nazarahari, who holds a PhD in Persian Language and Literature, suggested:

• Conducting a broad range of activities that bring long term goals into consideration, including, but are not limited to conference
• Offering literary tours in cooperation with Eshragh culture-house
• Assisting readers in understanding the works of Persian authors
• Cooperating with Quds daily newspaper, Astan Quds Razavi, autonomous charitable foundation, in Mashhad, Iran, Chelcheragh, weekly social magazine printed in Iran and so on

Outcome:

• The convener promised to correspond with above mentioned scientific and cultural organizations or groups.
• The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m.
